ABSTRACT
The purpose of efler is to lead the client's nervous system to a state of low
sympathetic activity, high parasympathetic activity, and beneficial amounts of
some neurotransmitters, such as endorphins, dopamine, serotonin and others. By
means of such neurophysiological changes is intended to retract intensity of the
general syndrome of adaptation (stress), as well as generate a conformation of
encephalic activity that manifests as improvements, both emotional and affective.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
To the woman who encouraged me to create and make this intervention known.
To the women clients, for their trust and their contribution to the physiological
study of the efler. To the masters who guide me towards knowledge and
integration.
