DEED OF DONATION

(Inter Vivos)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION Inter Vivos is made and entered

into by:

_________________, Filipino, of legal age, single/married and

a resident of __________________, hereinafter called the DONOR;

- in favor of -

_________________, Filipino, of legal age, single/married, and

a resident of __________________, hereinafter called the DONEE;

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the DONOR is the legal owner of a parcel of land

situated at __________________, having inherited the same from his
father, __________________, the declared owner and which
property is particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land at __________________, declared

in the name of __________________designated as CAD
Lot No. _____ declared under Tax Dec. No.
__________________ with an area of _____ hectares,
more or less, and bounded as follows: North - Lot No.
____; South - Lot No. ____; East - Lot No. ____; West -
Lot No. ____.”

That for and in consideration of the love which the DONOR has
for the DONEE, the above-named DONOR hereby voluntarily and
freely gives, transfers and conveys, by way of donation, unto said
DONEE, the above-described property free from all liens and
encumbrances, whatsoever;

That the DONOR hereby states, for the purpose of giving full
effect and validity to this donation, that he has reserved to himself
sufficient properties, in full ownership which are necessary and
adequate for his support in consonance with his standing in society;

That the herein DONEE hereby accepts and receives this gift
and donation made in its favor by the said DONOR, and hereby
expresses its appreciation and gratefulness for the kindness and
generosity of the DONOR.

 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have hereunto set their
hands this 6th day of November, 2018 in Tagbilaran City, Bohol,
Philippines.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for the City of Tagbilaran and for
the Province of Bohol, Philippines, this 6th day of November, 2018,
personally appeared the Donor, __________________, and the
Donee, __________________, with their respective competent
proofs of identification written below their name and signature as
shown above, both known to me to be the same persons who
executed the foregoing instrument (Deed of Donation Inter Vivos) and
acknowledged to me that the same is their free act and voluntary
deed.

This document, which consists of three (3) pages including this

page on which this acknowledgment is written, has been signed by
the parties and their instrumental witnesses on each and every page
hereof.
