Dear People,

I found a letter that I wrote two years ago to the International Monetary Fund's General
Counsel, Sean Hagan, just before Mr. Hagan was fired. Sean Hagan was fired when he went
with Christine Lagarde to sign the Galactic Agreement with Pope Francis trying to steal the
world's wealth.

In last week's episode on the DCTV Series, we talked about how Christine Lagarde
threatened me, along with Barack Obama and the Secretary of State in Illinois, Jesse White,
for bankrupting them. They threatened me, but in the meantime, I am happily sitting in my
home office, and I am not arrested, and nothing has happened to me. That is because the
coalition that I speak for, which contains the worlds' military powers, is stronger than the
Banking Cartel and the Black Nobility at its center. I will close this tweet with some of the

Director in the IMF's Articles of Agreement; the purported agreement is null and void ab
initio.

There is absolutely nothing that the Banking Cartel can do to change reality that is now manifest, where

I am very intuitive, and I cannot answer this question better than that. Yes I can. I will tell you a
story. Some years ago a young girl drowned in a freak kayaking accident. Her mother sent an
email to a group of people telling us that her daughter was missing in her kayak and that we
should pray for her daughter. I felt that her daughter was sending me a message to give her
mother, saying that she was frightened and very sad. After several months, I felt that I was
hearing from this girl again, and that she was no longer confused and was at peace. I visited the
girl's mother, but I did not attempt to give either of these messages, because I felt that her mother
would not have accepted them.

To the National Advisory Council on International Monetary and Financial Policies and the
Securities and Exchange Commission

The Senate and House of Representatives intended to protect persons who assist the
legislature in oversight of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development against
retaliation, and the employee protection provisions of Title VIII of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of
2002, Section 806, repealed in part IBRD's temporary exemption from the US securities laws.[1]

In 2005 the Joint Economic Committee of the United States Congress advised that it was
necessary for IBRD's professional financial and accounting employees to have independent access
to IBRD's Board and its Audit Committee.[2] IBRD's financial and accounting employees do not
have access to external arbitration, as required by the Lugar Leahy Amendment.[3]

In March 2009 GAO stated that it could not commence an inquiry to determine whether
IBRD programs are being hampered by internal resistance to increased transparency and
accountability commissioned on May 14, 2008 "because of challenges we recently faced in gaining
access to World Bank officials."[4]

IBRD's capital increase is conditional upon a package to be submitted at the end of June to
its Board of Governors for approval: "With global mandates and memberships, the WBG and the
IMF must play key roles in a modernized multilateralism...We look forward to Board proposals for
strengthening corporate governance and accountability at the WBG at the 2010 Annual Meetings...
We urged the Boards and WBG management to expedite the necessary procedures so the
appropriate resolutions to implement the voice reform and capital packages are submitted to the
IBRD and IFC Boards of Governors by end-June 2010."[5]

The Securities and Exchange Commission acting in consultation with the National Advisory
Council on International Monetary and Financial Policies is authorized to suspend the provisions
of section 15(a) of the Bretton Woods Agreements Act providing that securities issued or

guaranteed by IBRD are deemed to be exempt securities under the Securities Acts as to any or all
securities issued or guaranteed by the IBRD during the period of such suspension.[6]

When the SEC and the other members on the NAC failed to bring the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Finance Corporation into compliance on
the world's capital markets, I continued working with the coalition for the rule of law on the Board
of Governors of the World Bank and IMF. The Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF
appointed me as Acting General Counsel of the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development in settlement of my bondholder litigation in the Court of Appeals on January 19,
