COUNTER AFFIDAVIT

The undersigned counsel to this Honorable Office, most

respectfully manifests that:

1. He is entering his appearance as counsel for the

respondents in the above-entitled case. Henceforth, it is
respectfully requested that Orders and processes of this
Honorable Office relative to the above-entitled case be sent to
his address indicated below;

2. Respondent DDDDDD received the Subpoena thru

registered mail on October 20, 2018 requiring it to submit
counter affidavit and to attend the hearing on November 9,
2018 and November 16, 2018 at 10:00 in the morning,
respectively.

3. Considering that this case was referred only on

November 7, 2018, the undersigned counsel needs at least
fifteen (15) days from November 7, 2018 or up to November
22, 2018, within which to file the Counter-Affidavit of the
Respondents as he also has to confer with all of them who are
residents of different municipalities of Cavite and Batangas.

4. This manifestation and motion is not interposed for

delay but solely made for the afore-stated reason.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Office that this Entry of Appearance be duly noted
and that the undersigned counsel be allowed an extension of at
least fifteen (15) working days from November 7, 2018 or
until November 23, 2018, within which to file respondents’
Counter Affidavit.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
