 Involved in improving the cluster performance by analyzing the field collected

data using Actix tool.
 KPI reports produced for BLER, DCR, HSR, Call Setup Failure, PDP context activation,
Throughput etc. Using this data problem area was located and relevant changes (Tilt change,
Adding /Removing neighbors, power control etc) were implemented. MapInfo was extensively
used for these analyses.
 Plot RSCP and dropped calls on MapInfo and create thematic Map, legends and adding/deleting
layers for better understanding of the system
 Monitor system KPIs for CS, R99 and HSDPA failures and Analyze the Application layer
drop and Technology layer drop to optimize network and also proficient in UMTS functions
like Layer 3 messaging & RRC functions
 Conducted Drive Testing using TEMS 7.1 and Agilent E6474A in the problem areas to rectify the
problem.

Associate RF Engineer: AT&T Project / Chicago, IL. (Mar 2017 -April 2018)

 Involved in developing AT&T’s UMTS Pre-launch network in the Chicago area.

 Post-processed cluster drive data from TEMS Investigation and TEMS HSDPA using OMEGA Tool
(Ericsson Internal) to generate KPI statistics in MIF and text format.
 Analysis of best serving pilots to identify areas for bad coverage and pilot pollution.
 Analysis of dropped calls events to understand specific issues with UE, Network and post-
processing tools.
 Importing of generated statistics in text to Excel-template reports for presentation to AT&T.
 Post-processed GNG drive data from Agilent tool in Actix & generated Excel reports from
Network Image templates.
 Analysis of coverage and drop call locations to identify the issues to make a comprehensive
understanding of progress of RF Optimization.
 Collected data on TEMS Investigation 6.1.3, TEMS HSDPA 1.0 and Agilent E6474.
 Worked on configuring and collecting data on Qualcomm tools QXDM 03.09.05
 Responsible for generating reports, analyzing and coming up with recommendations for KPI
output parameters such as UL/DL BLER, call setup success rate, dropped call rate, layer 3

 Conducted Pre/Post Drive test for bell Canada in Saint John coverage enhancement project.
 Prepared drive test reports for parameters RX-level (idle/Dedicated), RX-Qual, SQI, C/I worst

MapInfo 10.5.
 Preparing indoor/outdoor testing reports for parameters RSCP (idle/Dedicated), Ec/No, PSC,
HSDPA,
HSUPA using Tems Investigation and MapInfo 10.5 and Present it for customer approval
  Perform call, data and SMS Testing to check the functionality of new sites
 Responsible for Drive Test (Pre Drive, Post Drive, Optimization) using Tems Investigation
 Swap Sites Drive Testing (Partial as well as complete swap test, Coverage check, Intra and Inter
site

 Perform Drive Test of Bad Patches after Pre-Drive test and analyze that log files and give
suggestions
on Bad Patches and Implement that suggestions before Post Drive
