1. Compost fermentation process.

5. Fertilizer dying and cooling process.

so it needs low temperature drying treatment with rotary dryer. And in the drying

temperature is not lower than 65 ℃，the cooling process mainly involves the use of wind

fans to feed natural air into the cooler through pipelines to cool the granules for the

following rapid packing and storage.

6. Hot stove and Cyclone dust collector

Gas and oil hot stove is used in the dying process providing heat source for the dying

machine, the cyclone dust collector is used for the dust extraction to reduce the

environmental pollution.

7. Fertilizer screening process.

Granules were screened after cooling, and the large particles of materials were transported

into granulator with the sifted powder by the return belt for re-granulation, and the
finished products enter the coating machine and automatic packaging system for final

packaging.

8. Fertilizer crushing process.

The unqualified chicken manure organic fertilizer granules classified by the rotary screener

enter into the fertilizer crusher and are grinded into fine powder for second granulation

process.

9. Coating Machine
