ELECTION SPEECH

Nanasthae one and all present here.. My name is M. Sri vishodan, IX B. I wish to tell
about me is that I am a leader of caliber, open-minded, hard worker, helpful, down to earth and
optimistic person. After joining this school, I've been involved in many activities both
academically and non-academically. I like to raise my hands for the betterment of the students
and development of the school.
I believe in equality and always like to be one among the students to understand their
need, expectations, behavior and perception towards our school. I am a good listener and
observer which mean that I adopt 360 degree approach in my planning and decision making i.e.,
assessing the problem in all sides. Before taking any decision I like to get ideas and suggestions
from the students to fulfill their needs and aspirations.
I strive on innovative methods of teaching which makes the students a pleasant leaning
attitude. To mention a few of my achievements, I won prices in many activities like robotics,
science day competitions and in co-curricular activities. I have raised my voice regarding
discipline and cleanliness of the school campus. I like to work with the students during their
difficult circumstances.
I will fight for the things that are important for students, no matter how big or small they
might be. I hope my conduct and positive attitude fit for the post of Assistant School People
Leader and I assure you I will change the environment the best for the management, staff
members and for the students. I thank the management, Principal and staff members for giving
me this opportunity to speak few words about me… Thank you one and all…
