I will be graduating from the University of Arizona College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in
Nursing. I will be completing the National Council Licensure Examination at the end of January. My
passion is in critical care and I would be privileged to be accepted into your new graduate nurse
program.

AUGUST 2018 – PRESENT
HOME HEALTH AID/CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT, BAYADA HOME HEALTH
CARE
 Served as a home health aid where I did basic homemaking duties and provided
companionship. I assisted or provided total care with personal hygiene, ambulation, eating. I
assisted the clients with their medication management an administration. I assessed patients
vital signs and overall health condition from day to day.

APRIL 2013 – PRESENT


AEROSPACE MEDICAL TECHNICIAN, ARIZONA AIR NATIONAL GUARD
 I serve one weekend a month as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) over four
medical technicians for the Arizona Air National Guard (AZ ANG)
 Managed a phlebotomy station to include the maintenance, currency and fidelity of over
1,600 patient records as well as perform physical assessments including vitals and vision
testing
 Assisted in the conversion of paper records to electronic health records for the 162d Fighter
Wing.

YOUTH SUMMER CAMP NURSE, YMCA OF SOUTHERN ARIZONA
 Served as EMT Certified Camp Nurse.
 Managed an infirmary providing routine and emergency medical care. Additionally, my
responsibilities included inventory control and dispensing of medications to 80-260 campers
and all staff.

I do regularly are hiking, camping, gardening, cooking and painting.
