Recommended Lubricant:
Molykote G-0106 Sitela 1: A high temperature resistance
polyurea greases designed for lubrication of joints, pins,
plain bearings, etc. Recommended lubrication period –
once in 15 days
Molykote P40 Paste: A high temperature resistance
pumpable grease paste for long-term lubrication.
Recommended relubrication period – once a month.

Molykote G-Rapid Spray

Anti-fretting high temperature resistant molybdenum
disulphide spray that gives excellent lubrication for
components subjected to oscillating movement, vibrations,
and high temperatures upto 450 deg C.

Molykote 1000 Paste

Premium anti-seize compound designed for threaded
connections, nuts and bolts that are subjected to high
temperatures.

Recommended Lubricant
Molykote S1504: Synthetic gel type highly adhesive
chain oil, with solvent for easy penetration into all
lubricating points. After the solvent evaporates, the gel
remains in the lubricating points.

Ejector Pins
Molykote M30 High Temperature Synthetic Oil with
colloidal suspension of molybdenum disulphide. Oil
evaporates, mos2 remains for lubrication. No residues.
 Kilns
Girth Gears – Dip Lubricated
Recommended Lubricant
Molykote Longterm 00 Grease. A NLGI 00 consistency grease
with high base oil viscosity and optimum blend of solid
lubricants that provides a continuous separating film and high
adherence on gear surfaces.

Kiln Tyres
Recommended Lubricant
Molykote M 30 High Temperature Synthetic Oil with colloidal
suspension of molybdenum disulphide.
 Diesel Power Plant
Molykote G-Rapid Spray
Application areas include crankshaft, crankshaft bearing,
connecting rod and main bearing, piston main cylinder,
scavenging air cylinder, piston rings, oil scraper rings,
eccentric valves, valve shafts, injection unit, oil separator,
centrifugal pump shafts, etc

Prevents running-in wear, sticking, seizure.

Molykote 1000 Paste

Application areas include threaded connections especially at
the cylinder head and exhaust, stay bolts of turbo
supercharger.

Allows uniform tightening torque, non-destructive dis-

assembly after long periods and seizure.
