Q UALIFICATIONS
Hold a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Jordan
University of science and technology (JUST), with a 6 years of
experience in the building Service Engineering MEP works QS & Cost
Estimation.

W ORK H ISTORY

2018-Now, MEP [QS & Cost Estimator] , CRCC.

 Quantity take off for MEP works for excited and new projects.
 Prepare revised BOQ based on DD & SD drawings.
 Estimate the unit rate for BOQ items.
 Pre-measure allocated trades and sections at contract start up.
 Communicate with the Operations Team on site on a daily basis,
understanding the work program and progress on site.
 Re-measure works as required.
 Prepare monthly progress claims.
 Measure and value new rates and variations.
 Send Sub-Contractor packages for pricing and evaluation before
placement of order.
 Generate Sub-Contractor documentation for payments, contract
charges and final accounts.
 Monitor and report on costs from allowable and budgets.

 Review and approve contractor submittals, resolve technical issues
arising and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
 Carry out inspection of works in progress.
 Ensure contractor compliance with contract specifications and
approved shop drawings.

 Monitor and report contractor progress and all activities.
