INTRODUCTION
Research Questions (if research questions are not specifically mentioned, what is
the theoretical background or overarching theme):
The overall theme of this article are elementary schools, teaching effectiveness,
technological leadership, and technological literacy.

Purpose of the research: The purpose of this study is to investigate relationships

among technological leadership of principals and technological literacy and the
effectiveness of teaching for elementary school teachers.

METHODOLOGY

What is the methodology for the research or approach used to understand the
issue? Provide information regarding the following:

Participants:1,000 teachers from 100 elementary schools were chosen to

participate. These teachers were given a survey to evaluate how principles
should be in charge of technology uses in school.

Procedures:Teachers completed surveys to determine the effectiveness of

their principles use of technology. Personal contacts were made to
encourage teachers to complete the survey until there was enough data
collected.

Data Collection Methods/Data Source: surveys were given to the teachers.

Data Analysis: From the data collected, 60.5% of the surveys from 1,000 of
teachers were completed. The data collected was displayed in
demographic variables. This study determined the relationship between
principal technological leadership and was tested with the structural
equation model. "SPSS was used to calculate scale reliabilities and to
perform factor analyses. The final SEM model was done with LISREL".

RESULTS

Findings or Results (or main points of the article): After comparing the results
from the study, the principals technological leadership improved the teaching
effectiveness of teachers. To be an effective principal, principals need to be
trained in: vision, planning and management, staff development, technological
support, effective researcher, and have good communication skills.

DISCUSSIONS
Conclusions/Implications (for your profession): Technology use in school not
only affects students, but teachers as well. Schools should be able to freely use
technology on campus for academic purposes. It improves the learning
environment and improves a students performance.

REFLECTIONS

Student’s Reflections (changes to your understanding; implications for your

school/work): Technology is an essential tool in a learning environment. Children
are the future and should learn to adapt to the evolving technology. It will not just
help them in the present but will prepare them for the future. I also believe that
parents play a big role in this scenario. Parents should teach their children to use
technology responsibly. That way students aren't using it for the wrong reasons in
school.
