1. What have I learnt from this course?

Entrepreneurship enhances creativity and boosts innovation. Being creative and innovative is
something inside ourselves that needs to be developed. It’s only through putting these
abilities to work that I can improve. It’s undeniable that entrepreneurship requires both skills,
so they’ll get used and improved along your way. Moreover, I learn to listen to others and
value their ideas/points of view. This will make the end product, service or whatever project I
working on will turn out really well. Another simple lesson I learn from the entrepreneur is
how to manage risk. Entrepreneur's think in terms of stages or increments. They never
commit large resources up-front, working within a single stage. The traditional manager, on
the other hand, is given a budget to complete a project and he or she will force an outcome no
matter what new facts may emerge during the life cycle of a project. This approach allows the
entrepreneur to better control risk as opposed to the traditional manager who takes on major
risk. By not wasting valuable resources, entrepreneurs not only manage risk better, but they
preserve and protect value. They also have better control over the final outcome of projects.

2. How do I feel about my learning experiences throughout this course?

The ultimate outcome would be to increase the level of knowledge and proficiency in running
a business and to provide an opportunity for potential profit. An entrepreneurial work-based
experience should be a capstone experience for a student who has developed career and
technical skills that he/she desires to use in a personal business venture. The student may
have developed the business plan for their business in an entrepreneurship course. This
entrepreneurial experience should complement the student's career objective. I can learn from
the entrepreneur is that execution is more important than the idea itself. Many organizations
are searching for new ideas as a way of creating higher values. New ideas are hard to come
by and they rarely result in the creation of value. Value comes from the ability to execute.
Entrepreneurs seem to have an uncanny ability for executing an idea and turning something
redundant into a great business
3. What are my suggestions to improve the learning quality of this course?

In order to improve this implementation, lecturers may be able to give some of the tasks on
the topic of learning and the next discussion not only to discuss the basic topics of the topic
but even more in detail. Another suggestion is that the P&P process is implemented by
creating an activity to provide a clearer example and using different teaching methods (not
focused on power points only). The way to improve the quality of each P&P presented should
be given quiz practice to students so that its easier for them to remember.
