8 Terms and Conditions
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices subject to 12% VAT.

Payment
50% down payment upon signing of contract.
50% full payment on the day of the event.

Cancellation
75% of the contract price will be forfeited for any
cancellation made the day before the event.
Full contract price will be forfeited for any
cancellation made on the day of the event.

Client
must secure permits and gate pass if the
venue requires one. Entrance fees or parking
fees to villages, buildings, subdivisions,
condominiums will be charged to the Client
accordingly. Toll fees to and from the venue
shall be charged to the Client.

Food Services and

Miscellaneous
 Orders must be placed at least three (3) business days prior
to the delivery/pick up date.
 If being delivered, our staff will assist in setting up the
chafing dishes and serving utensils in the designated
serving area. Our staff will only handle 8 Spoons food and
equipment.
 The chafing dishes and serving utensils must be returned by
12 Noon the next day.
 Corresponding charges will be collected for any damage on
8 Spoons equipment.
 Arrangement for pick up of used chafing dishes may be made
with additional pull out fee.
 Delivery fee and pull out fee amount shall depend on the area.
 Request for server shall incur an P800 charge per wait staff,
4 hour service time.
 Request for additional option of buffet table will incur a
P250 charge per table. Suggested number of tables will be
given depending on the menu selected.
 Floral centerpieces may be requested with additional charge.
 Request of additional linens may be requested with
additional charge.
 Pull out fee is required if adding any of the additional options.
