LIFE SPACE INVESTIGATION
This patient is the only child of his mother. His mother was
married at the age of 29 years. At that time her father age is 40
year. At 3rd month of pregnancy husband was separated from the
family. Mother was severely mentally tensed during the period of
pregnancy.
All his mile stones are deloayed. Only at the age of 3 yrs he
start to sit, stand and walk
At 41 day after birth he had febrile convulsion followed by
he had frequent attack of fever up to 5 years. He had itching in
right ear and discharge from the Rt ear.
Always walking and stooping.

Easily angered. When angry he beet often and throws all the
things away
