Sub: In reply to Memo no. 3 received by me dated 01/10/18.

Sir,

1.1 I am writing this with due respect, in response of notice received by me on date of
01/10/18. The copy of said notice is also inclosed herein. I Jitender Modi s/o Hanumanmal
Modi a continue learner in Bharat hospital and Research centre.

1.2 In said letter (memo no. 3)there are series of allegation were made on me. where, only one
undertaking was given by me in past with respect to a notice of misconduct was issued to
me (undertaking was given in protest). Where I was under the undue-influence of
administration even the fact of truth is that the said undertaking was written by the
administration and was only signed by me under fear of authorities. In the said
proceedings there was gross negligence in the part of administration where no copy of
complaint and no show cause notice was issued to me. In which the very principal of
administration law was denied to me which states as Principal of natural justice.

1.3 the doctrine of natural justice under administrative law lays certain rules regarding the
administrative proceeding in which the basic nature of it is that the both parties must be
heard (complainant and respondent) but in said proceeding the opportunity to represent
my stand was denied to me. So by virtue of principal of natural the said action which was
taken against me was null and void.

1.4 Secondly, the mentioning of misbehaviour with director of institution with face of memo
no.2 (as mentioned in memo no. 03). So I want say that no such notice was received by
me with respect to said act even not any other letter was issued to me with regard to this.

if it was received by me then please produce the copy of such notice which is written by
note of receiving and duly signed by me. It shows the irregularity of authorities where no
such proceeding were taken place at all with regard to Memo no. 02.

1.5 hereby, I request the authorities to please consider this and I affirm authorities that no such
acts will happen.
