My target is to manage children behaviour and avoid misbehaving by apply different techniques to children.
2. Describe what you will do to help achieve your goal (Strategies Used)

I will apply multiple techniques to discipline children behaviour and encourage them to follow the classroom rules by use I
massage, positive reinforcement, reward system, and eye contact.
3. Describe how you can tell if you’re achieving your goal (Evidence)

I will know if I achieved my PDP goal by hear my MST advice and saw her assessment note about my performance as well, I
can notice that when I see their behaviour and attitude through the class and activities

ask them questions such as Give me two numbers that make number 8? Draw for me 8 apples? What do
you see in the picture? Penguin start with which letter?

- Show how to write number 8 on the board by saying “write letter S and close it to the gate” and ask
children to write it in the air.

- - Explain the activities in the circle areas by given steps and model it in front of the class.
