iCEnhancer is a creation of IcE La GlacE using a modification of ENBSeries from

Boris Vorontsov (Boris website : http://enbdev.com)
It works perfectly on 1.0.4.0 GTA 4 PATCH
It works but without all the effects because of using ENB 0082 version on
1.0.6.0/1.0.7.0 PATCH

This package contains community effects and others

Using different file names with Boris permissions to switch between ENB configs.
Kinda useful if you have different ENB and don't wanna replace files.

THE PACKAGE CONTAINS XLIVELESS WHICH DISABLE GLFW.

Just try to avoid overheating using a better fan.
But normally, it'll work fine.

Read the GTA IV Modding Help by SilverSurferNHS : You better read this too guys.
Great thanks to him. It's a really helpful ReadMe for beginners.

Extract the contents of the folder depending of what patch or version you are using
Go inside the folder.

Select EVERY FILE inside. Even folders. Everything.

Copy them.

Go inside the GTA 4 folder (/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV)

Paste them here.

If it asks to replace files. Press YES.

DONE ;D

IF IT DOESN'T WORK :

I put Xliveless from Alexander Blade which will help to get your game moddable
Just copy what's inside the folder in the root of GTA4
Done

If it still doesn't work.

Read the GTA IV Modding Help file.

Depth of Field:
IIIIIIIIIIIIIII

The default used is the Dynamic Depth of field.

You can install a more subtle one created by gp65cj04 & icelaglace adapted from ATI

With the subtle one, you can play without motion blur without losing the Depth of
Field by pressing P

Just extract the RAR , then replace the file.

Done.

--- THE HQ ONE IS MORE SMOOTHER BUT REQUIRES A GOOD COMPUTER ---

Light effects:
IIIIIIIIIIIII

Lens flare is used by default.

You can use the light shafts one -beta- if you like
But the sun won't look right and the image will be more blue.

Same step as the DOF.

Just extract the RAR and replace.
