- Is not easily accessible.
- Is unresponsive or has an altered mental state.
- Is not breathing normally.
- Has persistent chest pain or pressure.
- Has life-threatening bleeding.
- Has a seizure.
- Has a head, neck, or back injury.
- Has an apparent mental health crisis.
