Second week reflection

In the second week teacher delivered the mathematics lesson by using the same
strategies that she used in the first week, however in one lesson that was in Tuesday,
she did some activities like, solving questions as group and worksheets and use PPP
to present the lesson instead of using the online book as usual.

Additionally, during this week students learned about subtraction with regrouping,
subtract the three digit numbers and subtract the four-digit numbers, and in that
lessons, the teacher didn’t use any differentiation, but she scaffolds some students in
low and middle levels once they answer the book question and once they did the
activities.

Moreover, I taught the students two times this week. Within the 1st lesson that
subtracts the three-digit numbers I started with warming activity then, begin
introducing the new lesson by gave many examples after that, they did two activities,
the first activity was group work and the second activity was individual, and I use
differentiation followed the three levels then, the closing additionally, in the second
lesson the MCT observed the lesson which about subtract the four digit numbers and
the strategies were the same. Also, I used the checklist to assess the students, and in
the second lesson I used GRRM vision which is full GRRM furthermore, I created
a positive environment by used reward chart during the lessons and paste the
learner's works within the classroom.

Finally, during this week I used and observed several things that helped me to
improve my skills as an educator.
