Carrot Cake Recipe

1 lbs Carrot (Grated)

2 cups Granulated sugar

1 ½ Cups Corn Oil

6 Eggs

3 cups Flour

1 tsp. Ginger

½ tsp pimento

½ tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup raisins

Vanilla or almond to flavour to taste

Grease 10” pan
