. The foreign liquor licence stood in the name of

the respondent no. 4. It appears that the

petitioner was taken as a partner in the liquor

business. This partnership was dissolved by

respondent no. 4 and a suit for dissolution of the

said partnership was also filed. The petitioner

instituted a suit for injunction which was decreed

by the trial court. However, in appeal the decree

was reversed and the Second Appeal filed by the

petitioner was also dismissed. As the partnership

is already dissolved petitioner is not entitled to

claim any right in respect of the licence issued

under the Prohibition Act. Hence petition is

dismissed.
