the equipment in place, full payment of the agreed fee will be charged even
if the affair was postponed or stopped due to bad weather or any
unforeseen event.
 3 Damage to or lose of equipment caused by the organizers, unruly crowd, and/
or passers by will be charged to the LESSEE.
4 All equipment and wiring will be properly and carefully installed in the venue.
VJS will not be liable for any incident that may lead to any accidents
(i.e. individuals or property).
