 Develop adolescent-centered health education resources for healthcare providers and youth serving
agencies to improve the healthcare quality and experience of youth across various communities.
 Assist with program evaluation to measure the effectiveness of AHI programming and materials by
conducting data entry and analysis, producing evaluation baseline and year-end summary reports, and
analyzing feedback data.

 Created and conducted a questionnaire study targeted at undergraduate students to analyze students’
interpersonal perceptions of their teacher’s behavior and their own learning outcomes. Skills gained:
research design, data collection, SPSS data analysis, linear regression analysis, participant recruitment.

INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS-HEALTH STUDIES Cape Town, South Africa

 Conducted group research on how environmental factors and post-apartheid policy and culture contribute to
the disproportionate rate of non-communicable diseases impacting South African Townships. Participated
in service-learning by volunteering at three healthcare establishments: Gugulethu Health Clinic, False Bay
Hospital, and St. Anthony Nursing Home.

 Improve educational outcomes and literacy rates in middle school girls by teaching the subjects of math,

collecting data from local Beijing school settings.
