Experience
Project Manager He shall lead the working groups upfront in professional style to develop 25 Years
sense of project ownership among individual members, creation of team
spirit and goal-oriented outlook for the project deliverables. He will have
total command and shall be conscious of the time line attached to each
activity to be undertaken for successful completion of the works. He will
be responsible for overall management / monitoring of feasibility study,
detail design, tender documents and PC-1. All the Project activities will
be carried out under his guidance.
Resident Engineer He will be leading construction supervision team and assist team leader 20 Years
- Civil in carrying out all aspects and ensuring that the construction team
undertakes and carries out construction supervision and contract
administration of the civil works and compliance to detail provided in the
construction drawings, quality control and satisfactory implementation
Resident Engineer He will be responsible for setting out, leveling, inspection, witnessing, 20 Years
– Mechanical testing, verification and interim verification of mechanical works,
Supervision of works at fabrication shop and installation at site, identify
and formulate all control points in fabrication, manufacturing, welding,
and erection, commissioning and testing process. Prepare
comprehensive construction reports.
Resident Engineer He shall be supervising the electrical work of Consultant’s staff deputed 20 Years
– Electrical under his control. He will keep the Resident Engineer informed of all
activities and their status with regard to his part of work. He will also be
responsible for maintaining the quality of work.
Concrete Engineer He will be responsible for suitability and consistency availability of 15 Years
various construction materials. He will also assist team leader and CRE
in approval of source and origin of construction materials. He will
evaluate contractor’s proposal for establishment of field laboratory and
approval of testing.
Assistant Resident He shall be responsible for assisting the Resident Engineer for 15 Years
Engineer supervision and control of construction activities. He shall also be
supervising the work of Consultant’s staff deputed under his control. He
will keep the Resident Engineer informed of all activities and their status
with regard to his part of work. He will also be responsible for maintaining
the quality of work

Construction He will be responsible for developing Construction Method Statement for 15 Years
Planning and key Components, Construction Planning Methodologies, Quantities and
Costing Engineer Cost Estimations, Summary and Detailed Schedules, Resource
Identification and Estimations, Cost Unit Rates, Overall Cost Estimation
for the Project.
Quality He will be responsible to build, lead and motivate quality audit team, 15 Years
Management prepare and train for a daunting task and continue to do so throughout
Engineer the project. Check and audit the QA/QC is being performed regularly by
the team. Training of all field staff for effective quality control of the
project, Check quality, perform audit of prior, during and post
construction activities. Motivate construction supervision team by
providing necessary advice
