Re: Renovate America, Inc.: WARN and Cal-WARN Notice

This letter is written on behalf of Renovate America, Inc. (“the Company”) pursuant to the federal Worker
Adjustment & Retraining Notification Act and the California WARN Act, California Labor Code Sections
1400 et seq. (the “WARN Acts”) in connection with upcoming layoffs of a number of Company employees.

This letter will constitute notice to your office in accordance with the WARN Acts that as of February 4,
2019, the Company will implement layoffs at 16409 W. Bernardo Drive, San Diego, CA, 92127, resulting
in the separation of employment of the affected employees. Accordingly, as of February 4, 2019, a
number of employees will be laid off from their employment with Renovate America.

This separation is expected to affect 71 employees total and is expected to be permanent. Enclosed is a
listing of the job titles and the number of affected employees in each classification expected to be
affected. There will be no bumping rights for the affected employees. Employees are not represented by
a union.

Pursuant to the requirements under the WARN Acts, all employees have been notified of the above
information as of this date.
