Overall aim and context of the lesson

Students will be able to investigate different part on the plant.


Students will be able to demonstrate what the job for each part (petal, stamen, and stigma).

Students will be able to identify each part on the flower head (petal, stamen, and stigma).

Select (S):
This lesson is second lesson of this course. It's all about the plants, how the head of
flower have functions and what the job for each function. Then they will learn about the
plants more in details.
Describe (D):
I teach the grade three in the school, and I teach them the science subject in the class. I
have to teach the students about the plants and teach the students what is the name of
each part in the plants and the job for each part in the plant, also teach the students how
to identify each part on the flower head and plants.
Analyze (A):
The students was very active with me because they like this lesson, I ask the students
some questions about the plants. I asked them to imagine if they planting plant what
they will see and what will happen the students start to imagine and think. Some of the
students have knowledge of the plants and they know the name for each part so that
help me to let the student participate their knowledge with the other students. I engage
the students by asked them the questions and let them to understand and think more
about the answers.
Appraise (A):
The students have the head of the flowers and the students were observing the flower
then draw the same of what they are observe. After that they write the name of each part
in the flower head also write the job for each part. In the end they color their drawing.
That helps the students to understand more because they touch the real flower and
observe the flower to see each part then try to draw and write the name and job for each
part. I think my lesson was very easy for the students because they saw the real
objective and I achieve all my learning outcomes.

Transform (T):
In the future I hope to improve my language skills and use the linking word to help the
students to understand more about the topics and ideas that I will provided for them.
