among UM students where they do not keep and improve their health or well-being is a
concern that could lead to adverse effects on their performance in the faculty. Many
factors such as too much gaming, junk food, college/faculty activities or lack of exercise
could deteriorate their health physically and emotionally.

reason that students chose to lead unhealthy lifestyle.

uncontrolled fast food consumption, students can easily obtain these
complications.

- Emotional issues usually arise either they involved in community or neglected
it. By joining a lot of college/faculty projects, they might feel stress due to the
workload and may experience mental fatigue as they trying to cope with both
studies and projects. Minimal involvements in the society also lead to
depression.

- Unhealthy lifestyle may affect the students’ academic performance. Due to
the less nutritional food consumption, lack of sleep and physical activities,
they not able to concentrate during class and studies. This may lead to a less
desired CGPA and later lead to depression.

- Productivity level is correlated with emotional issues. The more students
