Job Description
1. Co-ordination with the site team for proper implementation of the program.
2. Prepare risk assessment for the project identifying the high risk activities along with suggesting mitigation measures for
the same.
3. Prepare reports for monitoring the program on a weekly and monthly basis and conduct timely reviews to identify and
mitigate possible risks.
4. Preparation of resource requirements/deployment schedule/cash flow, etc.
5. Responsible for monitoring the schedule and cost performance of the project.
6. Providing support to the project manager for planning any alternative, value engineering proposals or changes, as and
when required.
7. Prepare recovery schedules to mitigate delays in the project.
8. Co-ordinate with other departments on relevant issues relating to the project

Efficiently monitored projects of complex nature (i.e. involving civil, MEP and architectural works).
Proficient in earned value analysis.
Cross-functional: Basic knowledge of construction and project finance
Skills: Planning & Organizing skills; detail-oriented communication skills, Primavera P6
