DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into by and
between:
HAYDEN KHO, of legal age, Filipino, single with residence and postal
address at 125 Sto Niño Village Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the “SELLER”
VICKY BELO, of legal age, Filipino, single with residence and postal
address at 143 Ayala Heights Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the “BUYER”.

WITNESSEETH:
WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner of one parcel of land situated in
Bantigue Luyang, Carmen Cebu which is more particularly described as
follows:

“A parcel of land situated in Luyang, Carmen, Cebu. Bounded on the

North by Heirs of Daniel Padilla; on the East by Xander Ford; on the South
by James Reid; on the West by Heirs of Faye Young and covered by the Tax
Declaration No. 15-0017-11566, containing an area of THREE HUNDRED
THIRTY THREE (333) SQUARE METERS, more or less;

WHEREAS, the SELLER agreed to sell and the BUYER agrees to buy
the aforesaid parcel of land in the amount of THREE HUNDRED
THOUSAND (P 300,000.00) Philippine Currency.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of THREE

HUNDRED THOUSAND (P 300,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by
the BUYER to the SELLER, the SELLER do HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER,
and CONVEY by way Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, their heirs and
assigns, the aforesaid parcels of land free from all liens and encumbrances
of whatever nature.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto set their hand on these
presents on November 25, 2017 at Cebu City,

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public, this November 24, 2017 at Cebu City,
Philippines, personally appeared, HAYDEN KHO and VICKY BELO, both are
personally known to me to be same persons who executed the foregoing
instrument which they acknowledged to me to be their free and voluntary act
and deed, consisting of only two (2) pages, including this page in which this
Acknowledgment is written, duly signed by them and their instrumental
witnesses on each and every page hereof.
