PLAN

1. Grids (Northing and Eastings) are not maintained as per coordinates. (It was explained to
surveyor precisely)
2. Area statements are incomplete in Notes. i.e Khatian wise etc.
3. At least one TBM shall be kept on permanent structure and not just on the roads.
4. Contour lines shall be black and white such as every fourth/fifth contour shall be in deep wide
line.
5. All the fonts shall be with Times new Roman and size shall be fixed as best fit.
6. Names of the owners along the boundary line shall be mentioned with building nature or Land
nature.
7. Mention the name of the river with big bold font.
8. The entrance road details as physically explained to surveyor in last visit has not been
incorporated in the Map.
9. To adjust the Khatian area, please starts from inner side boundary line of the area. Adjust the
area towards River line i.e Retaining wall may be in outside of actual boundary area. Accordingly,
adjust the area as per khatian for Cadastral Map.
10. Make two layouts for Cadastral Map and engineering survey map separately.
11. All abbreviations shall be noted as footnotes.
12. Put the Retaining Wall as a Solid Line.
13. Positions of trees in the map shall be shown with solid/hatched with different sizes as per types
of tree.
14. North-West side of survey map is wrong. Please resurvey to confirm the levels.
15. In key plan, the position of river adjacent to land area is not shown. Also mention approximate
length.
16. The H.F.L at nearby bridge site shall be shown in the Key Plan along-with co-ordinates. The
detail of interviewed person shall be mentioned in the Map.
17. Replace the company name by ARIJIT KARAN as Survey Agency.
18. All the Legends shall be in B/W mode. However, the soft copy may be in coloured format or
as best fit. The legends shall be chosen as standard and with meaningful approach.
19. Scale of Drawings shall be mentioned wherever applicable.
20. EP, TP, Cable lines, Gas connection crossing shall be well marked at site plan.

SECTIONS

1. The slope as shown in the LS of LWL seems too high. Shall be rechecked finally. Slope shall
be mentioned as like as 1:1000/1:500 etc.

2. The river cross sections as given shall be with wetted perimeter and wetted area. During
calculation scale effects shall be carefully examined with respect to the position as affixed for
HFL.

3. CS at River center is completely misunderstood. Surveyor shall be taught about the differences
between river cross sections and river long sections. Surveyor was sufficiently explained the same
at site at several points of time. This is very very important. Please rectify this with a recheck at
site in river location.

4. The three cross sections parallel to building lines are having total mismatch with respect to HFL.

5. LS of Drain shall be referenced and shown in Plan also.

6. CS and top LS of R walls shall be defined by chainages and which shall also be shown in the
Map.

7. All the CS and corresponding LS shall be rechecked to verify the R.L of centre points which
shall be equal.
