SALE OF SHELL MALAYSIA MOTOGP™ 2018 HILLSTAND TICKETS – TERMS AND

CONDITIONS

1. Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 6087-M) (“Shell”) is the title sponsor
of the Shell Malaysia MotoGP™ 2018.

2. The sale of the Shell Malaysia MotoGP™ 2018 Hillstand tickets at selected Shell retail
stations in Malaysia (as listed on shell.com.my/MotoGP) is on a while stocks last basis.
The price of each ticket is RM60.00 and tickets purchased are not returnable. Purchase
of the tickets will not be awarded with any BonusLink Points.

3. For each ticket purchased, one (1) free Shell Malaysia MotoGP™ Survival Kit may be
redeemed on non-exchangeable basis at the entrance of the Shell Hillstand (B Hillstand)
by providing the original ticket for validation.

4. The Shell Malaysia MotoGP™ 2018 Hillstand tickets and the Shell Malaysia MotoGP™
Survival Kits cannot be resold.

5. Admission to the Shell Hillstand (B Hillstand) is free for children seven (7) years old and
below, at the parents/guardians’ own risk.

6. Shell reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the sale of the Shell Malaysia
MotoGP™ 2018 Hillstand tickets, with or without prior notice. For the avoidance of
doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Shell of the sale of the tickets shall
not entitle the Customers to any claim or compensation against Shell for any and all
losses or damage suffered or incurred by the Customers as a direct or indirect result of
the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

7. In no event will Shell and its Affiliates be liable for any loss or damages including
without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental,
consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third
parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in relation
to the Shell Malaysia MotoGP™ 2018, even if Shell has been advised of the possibility
of such damages and such damages are expressly excluded.

8. “Affiliate” means a company which directly, or indirectly through one or more

intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Shell.
Relevant to this, “control” means the direct or indirect ownership of an aggregate fifty
percent (50%) or more of voting capital.

9. Shell reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the
terms and conditions without prior notice. These terms and conditions, as may be
 amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations
contained in any other promotional or advertising material.

10. All decisions made by Shell in respect of the sale of the tickets, the Shell Malaysia
MotoGP™ 2018 event or in the event of any dispute are final, conclusive and binding.

11. In the event there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies)

between the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions of these terms and conditions, the
English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
