2) Transmission Corporation of A.P Limited also directs that all Offices under the
control of Transmission Corporation of A.P. Limited, shall remain closed on all Sundays
and Second Saturdays in all the months during the year 2019.

3) In addition to the above General Holidays, the Employees under the control of
Transmission Corporation of A.P Limited may avail themselves of Optional Holidays not
exceeding FIVE during the year 2019 on the Festivals/Occasions specified in the
Annexure appended to these orders at their option irrespective of the religion to which
the Festival pertains. However, permission to avail any of these holidays should be
applied for, in writing, in advance and will normally be granted by the Superior Officer
competent to grant casual leave except when the presence of an individual Employee is
considered necessary in the exigencies of the work of Transmission Corporation of A.P.
Limited.

4) If the Government announces any change of date through electronic/ print media
in respect of Ramzan, Bakrid, Moharam and EID ILADUN NABI as per the moon sight
or any other Hindu holiday as well, it shall be followed by the employees of A.P.Transco
without waiting for formal order about the change of date.
