The highly reactive, patented light initiator

Ivocerin is the decisive advantage of the
sculptable Tetric EvoCeram Bulk Fill and the
flowable Tetric EvoFlow Bulk Fill.

Ivocerin is significantly more reactive than

conventional initiators and therefore allows large
increments of up to 4 mm to be polymerized in
just 10 seconds.2,3 This polymerization booster fills
the gap between the traditional initiators used in
today’s composite materials.

like translucency. Apart from Ivocerin, Tetric EvoFlow Bulk Fill additionally
features Aessencio technology, a proprietary development by Ivoclar Vivadent
which further enhances the lifelike appearance of the restorative result. It
allows a dentin-like volume replacement of up to 4 mm to be light-cured in
10 seconds (≥ 1,000 mW/cm2).

working time under operatory and ambient light conditions.

This light sensitivity filter acts as a shield, delaying the effects of ambient light.
However, dental curing lights are able to penetrate this shield. As a result, the

Dentists working with Tetric EvoCeram Bulk Fill appreciate the material’s excellent
handling properties. It does not stick to the instrument, remains stable while you
are working and easily adapts to cavity walls. The viscosity controller is responsible
for this behaviour. Moreover, this posterior composite has a pronounced
chameleon effect 5.

The level of flowability and viscosity of Tetric EvoFlow Bulk Fill was established
with the help of clinicians, adjusting it to their needs in the placement of bulk-fill
bases. The result is excellent surface affinity and unique self-levelling handling.
Ideally, the perfectly matched Tetric EvoCeram Bulk Fill is used as capping
material for Tetric EvoFlow Bulk Fill.

Tetric EvoFlow® Bulk Fill

Both bulk-fill composites can also be used in the conventional technique flowable
involving thinner layers. Even then the materials offer tremendous advantages.
The highly reactive Ivocerin incorporated into the light initiation system of Tetric
EvoCeram Bulk Fill and Tetric EvoFlow Bulk Fill provides a more reliable depth of
