Multi State Farmington Hills law firm with emphasis in Commercial/Consumer Collections and
Insurance Subrogation, is seeking a Data Analyst, specializing in Business Operations.
This position provides support for the Managing Member(s) of the Firm.
The role of the Data Analyst is to collect and analyze data - and report same to Managing
Member(s) so the firm - via Management Direction - can utilize same to hone litigation and
collection practices.
The optimal data analyst candidate should have law firm or business organization operational
management experience - and be able to perform analysis, by running various mathematical
calculations to determine how the data reflects areas of opportunity to streamline practices to
improve performance, profit the business, and reduce risk.
The position includes dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information in a deadline
driven environment.
Well organized.
Ability to multi-task, as well as the ability to work in a high volume and deadline driven
environment is essential.

Previous experience with the following Collection Software is a plus: Collection Partner
and/or Cogent

High level experience with Microsoft Office such as Excel (including the ability to
create, and work with, pivot tables, and perform “V-lookups) , Power Point,
Outlook and Word
