1 LIFT FORCE FOR VARIOUS GEOMETRIES

Lift force generated by the wind is responsible for the rotation of the wind turbine blades. So the lift force
developed on the wing due to the wind is calculated and compared for various sections using fluent.

4.2 DIFFUSER LENGTH OPTIMIZATION
Based on the lift force developed, the geometry named 2500 is selected. Now the of the outside diffuser is
optimized by analyzing geometries of various outside diffuser lengths.
