Garuda Indonesia has issued a
statement assuring that its Boeing
737-Max 8 Aircraft is 100%
airworthy.
As reported by Balipost.com,
Garuda issued its assurance after
a special inspection of the Garuda
B737 was performed by the
Directorate of Airworthiness and
Aircraft operations (DKPPU) at the
Ministry of Transportation.
The special review on the B737
included repetitive problems and
established practices for
troubleshooting any problems on
the B737.

The German lost the world
championship to a Mercedes for a fifth-
consecutive year on Monday morning,
but this time wasn't so palatable.
In the years since his last title in 2013,
neither Vettel nor anyone else held even
a remote chance of matching the might
of the Mercedes.
That goal was not only plausible this
year for Vettel and his improved Ferrari -
it was wholly attainable.
History books will show Vettel's 2018
was just another season that fell victim
to Mercedes' dominance of the hybrid
era. The truth is far more unflattering to
the man once considered the next
Michael Schumacher.
There was only a three-race spell after
the Italian Grand Prix in which
he could convincingly argue
the Mercedes package was
faster.

The first cracks began to appear in
Azerbaijan in April when Vettel made a
desperate lunge for the lead following a
safety car period. Vettel was in second
when the safety car returned to the pits
four laps from the end. He risked it all
with a late dive up the inside of then-
leading Valtteri Bottas, but only
succeeded in performing a giant lock-
up. With his tyres severely flat-spotted,
Vettel nursed the car home in fourth
while Hamilton claimed the win courtesy
of a late Bottas puncture.

race in a distant fifth. His teammate Kimi
Raikkonen – who started the race in
sixth - finished comfortably in third.
AUSTRIA – THREE-PLACE PENALTY
Qualified third, started sixth, finished
third (10 points)
A dawdling Vettel blocked the racing line
at Turn 1 for Carlos Sainz during
qualifying, earning himself a three-place
grid penalty for the race. That forced him
to start from sixth, before gaining three
places to finish third. He finished only
three seconds behind race-winner Max
Verstappen, which begged the question
of; what could have been if not for the
penalty?
GERMANY – CRASH WITHOUT
PRESSURE
Running first, DNF (25 points)
Arguably his worst mistake and the
season's defining moment. Vettel was
leading his home Grand Prix on Lap 51
before light drizzle began to fall in
Hockenheim. The rain made the track
slightly greasy for the then-
championship leader, who lost control of
his Ferrari and put it into the wall in the
arena section. He was devastated,
slamming his fists on the steering wheel
and saying on team radio: “F*** sake …
sorry guys, s***.”
ITALY – CONTACT WITH HAMILTON

Ferrari held a front-row lockout at its
home Grand Prix and continued to run in
one and two approaching Turn 4 on Lap

to climb his way through the field on race
day, he made it to fourth before
attempting an all-or-nothing move on
Verstappen at Spoon Curve. He made
contact and span out, losing several
positions just like he did at Monza.

This was a train wreck from
start to finish. It's not often
someone earns themselves a
race penalty on the Friday,
but Vettel did exactly that

0.061 seconds, but started
the race in fifth due to his
penalty. Vettel didn't make it
through the first lap cleanly, making
contact for the fourth time this season.
Once again it was Vettel who span,
while Daniel Ricciardo was clear to
continue.
Like in Japan and Italy, Vettel wasn't
penalised for the incident. But Sky F1's
Martin Brundle said his spin outs are no
coincidence.
“He might be doing something on a
reducing throttle and panic braking as
he recognises contact is imminent,
causing the front axle to load up and the
rear to unload.
“Or simply the Ferrari's brake and
engine braking/harvesting parameters
c o m b i n e t o e ff e c t i v e l y p u l l t h e
'handbrake' on. We haven't seen
Raikkonen do that though,” he wrote for
Sky Sports.
Raikkonen claimed the win for Ferrari
while Hamilton was forced into two-
stopping and later conceded that Ferrari
was faster on the day. Given Ferrari's
willingness to implement team orders,
no one would have competed with Vettel
for the race win here.

naked in various sites around

expressionist.” She has caused
many uproars due to her
penchant for posing nude in
public places, including
criticism from religious
communities after doing a nude
photo shoot in front of the
Wailing Wall in Jerusalem,
Israel, considered an important
and incredibly sacred space in

experience, “Unlike Egypt, we
did not have a solid plan this
time. No preparation at all, but
endless imagination and a

She added, “After waiting in a
long queue to enter, we were
caught off guard with the

minute for the danger that
