Praise and Presence of God we pray to God Almighty for blessing abundance of grace
and the gift of him so we can compile this paper entitled " Mental Nursing Care Clients With
Hallucinations of Sight "just in time.
The purpose of this paper written to fulfill the task Psychiatric Nursing. We realize
