EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

1 The various processes of Margo Biocontrols are taken into consideration.


These processes are streamlined with the sales process or form part of
MBC’s supply chain

2 The processes comprise of MBC’s functional business rules, logistical


processes and other distribution side factors

3 Various players directly associated with MBC’s sales process are


considered into to arrive at how they could complement or supplement an
automation of a system of which they are integral members

4 Given estimates, sales forecast is made depicting the extent to which


automation could impact the sales cycle. Estimates and thumb rules are
relatively used together to project the increase in sales

5 A Financial Impact Analysis is finally carried out to check for viability of the
project. The tools used here are industrial standard tools such as NPV,
IRR, Payback and ROI
