Recommendation/ Corrective Action:

a) All related department will.

b) Maintain the Deep cleaning Schedule & follow accordingly that we can safe from different
diseases. In this way we can control the growth of Germs & Insect.
c) Documentation should be completed & up to date for Audit.
d) Doctor will speech about health issues in the Weekly meeting.
e) New Computer putted in the meeting room for the Safety training & that we can achieve the
target of 2011.
f) Avoid from spillage because this is damaged the environment & also its Audit Point, Control
it if found anywhere.
