Lucky Draw Scheme “Pay N Win” for All Paytm Users

Terms & Conditions

i. Paytm is partnering with Tata Power–DDL for a Pay & Win scheme.
ii. It is an event based Scheme exclusively for Tata Power-DDL consumers who pay their electricity bills using Paytm
Wallet or Net banking options available at Paytm App/website/Tata Power-DDL website.
iii. Scheme is applicable only on payments through Paytm Wallet or Net Banking options.
iv. The Offers is valid w.e.f. 1st October, 2018 to 31st December, 2018.
v. Total 125 Prizes are to be given to lucky consumers shortlisted through Computerised Lucky Draw.

vi. The lucky draw would be computerized, based on random number technique & the decision of Tata Power–DDL
and Paytm management shall be considered final.
vii. No Promo code required for this lucky draw scheme.
viii. In case KYC of Paytm wallet is not completed, Paytm Gold will be credited instead of cashback to wallet.
ix. Tata Power–DDL is only facilitating the Pay n Win scheme by conducting lucky draw at its premises and all the
cashbacks are offered by the Paytm.
x. Consumers will be shortlisted on the basis of number of transactions made by him/her & not on particular
Contract Account (CA) i.e. if he has made 4 transactions through Paytm, all 4 transactions will be eligible to
participate in lucky draw.
xi. A consumer/connection number (CA no.) shall be entitled to only one prize and under no circumstances can the
consumer be entitled to two or more prizes under the Lucky Draw.
xii. Consumers winning the prize, shall be informed at the contact details as per data available with Tata Power–DDL.
xiii. G & I consumers shall be kept out of this scheme.
xiv. Cashback would be awarded directly in the consumer’s Paytm wallet, within 48 hours post prize distribution
ceremony.
xv. Other cash back and promotional schemes offered by Paytm, from time to time, are also available to consumers
for all the bill payments as per their own discretion.
xvi. Paytm/Tata Power–DDL solely reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the
offer at any time without prior notice.
xvii. Paytm/Tata Power–DDL reserve the right to disqualify any buyer/customer/consumer from the benefits of this
Offer, in case of any fraudulent activity/suspicious transactions etc.
