Amy’s Story
Amy’s husband was injured and
couldn’t work. He wasn’t able to bring
in the income he once had. Amy and
her husband have four children. The
youngest was a toddler. They had a
need for diapers but didn’t have the
funds to provide. As Amy faced this
hardship, she was referred to the-
Mission. She was reluctant to go to
theMission because she was afraid
of being judged. To her surprise, she
was welcomed with love and open
arms. A volunteer listened to Amy’s
story, prayed with her, gave her a big
hug, and provided diapers during her
time of hardship. Amy left theMission
with the hope that everything would
be okay. Due to the great experience
Amy had at theMission, she decided
that she would one day serve there
as a volunteer and provide the hope
she received to someone else. Amy
currently serves as a volunteer and
is an advocate of theMission in our

Children’s Feed Ministry

Pastor Pi Seth is our partnering
pastor in Cambodia. He & his wife

church. Sixty Children from the
dump area of Phnom Penh, are
taught Bible stories, worship,
hygiene practices, manners, and
worship songs as they are fed a
healthy lunch five days a week. A
second campus was started outside
of the city, in the village area. A
home for a new pastor was built
so he could live and invest in the
community. This helps cut down
on travel costs as well. Children,
youth, and women’s ministries are
consistent on the second campus.
God is doing great things through

THE BRONX, NY
Church Plant.
We continue our support of,
“Everlasting Church”, a church-plant
located in the Bronx, New York.
Jordan and Becky Sauceda, with
the North American Mission Board
and partnering churches, have
begun this vital work. New York is
home to 192 different nationalities.
The Bronx has a high Albanian
population. During VBS, children
from First Owasso donated $4000
to help secure a regular space for
the church to meet. The church is
growing with people from all over
the world hearing every week about
the grace of God given through
Jesus. We praise God for all that He
is doing in the Bronx.
