Guidelines
1. Pages of the research paper should be 25 to 50.
2. The original manuscript must be printed on A4 size white unlined paper. Printing must
appear on only one side of each sheet.
3. Allow top margins 1 But 1st page of all chapters must have 2” margins at the top,
bottom margin 1, left margin 1.25 mm and right margin 1.
4. Type 1.5-spaced text and allow for a double spacing between paragraphs.
5. Acknowledgements and/or the letter of transmittal should be given before the
summary/abstract. Important formula (displayed), figures, and tables should be
numbered consecutively throughout the manuscript.
6. Pagination: For the original manuscript, lower case roman are to be used to number
the pages other than body of the report (From contents page to abstract and references
to annexure). Usual English numbers are to be used to number remaining pages of the
text (from Introduction to Conclusion_). Placement of page numbers must be
consistent at bottom center.
7. Line spacing of the text of the original manuscript ( and all pages) must be 1.5
Fonts
1. Use font type Times New Roman.
2. Use bold 14 point for the title
3. Use 12 point for the author’s and affiliation names and addresses.
4. Use 12 point for the text (abstract, body, references, and acknowledgement).
Headings
1. Major headings should be centered in the column. Use capital letters.
2. Subheadings should be set in bold and aligned to the left-hand margin of the column
on a separate line.
Table and Figures
1. Use 10-point font.
2. The charts, figures, and graphs must be centered and title should be at the bottom.
3. Number all tables and figures in the order in which the tables are first mentioned
in text and title should be at the top.
