COOLING SYSTEM
FOR SAFETY: When servicing machine, avoid
contact with hot engine coolant. Do not
remove cap from radiator when engine is hot.
Allow engine to cool.

Check the coolant level in the reservoir daily. The

coolant level must be between the indicator marks
when the engine is cold. Refer to the coolant
manufacture for water/coolant mixing instructions.
Check the radiator core exterior and hydraulic
cooler fins for debris after every 100 hours of
operation. Blow or rinse all dust through the grille
and radiator fins, in the opposite direction of
normal air flow. Be careful to not bend the cooling
fins when cleaning. Clean thoroughly to prevent
the fins from becoming encrusted with dust. To
avoid cracking the radiator, allow the radiator and
cooler fins to cool before cleaning.

Flush the radiator and the cooling system after

every 800 hours of operation.

The cooling system must be completely filled with

coolant to keep the engine from overheating.
When filling the cooling system, open the drain
cock to bleed the air from the system.

This fuel system however is self-priming. The

return line comes from the top of the injector that
allows the air to escape through the return line.

ENGINE BELT
Check the belt tension after every 50 hours of
operation. Adjust tension as necessary. Proper
belt tension is 13 mm (0.50 in) from a force of 4 to

Rotate the brushes from front to rear after every

50 hours of machine operation for maximum
brush life and best scrubbing performance.

NOTE: Replace brushes in sets of two. Otherwise

one scrub brush may scrub more aggressively
than the other.
