INTENDED USE
The M30 is an industrial rider machine designed to sweep/scrub hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, stone, synthetic,
etc). Typical applications include industrial warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution facilities, stadiums,
arenas, convention centers, parking facilities, transportation terminals, and construction sites. Do not use this
machine on soil, grass, artificial turf, or carpeted surfaces. This machine can be used both indoors and outdoors, but
ensure there is adequate ventilation if used indoors. This machine is not intended for use on public roadways. Do not
use this machine other than described in this Operator Manual.

ENGINE OIL
Check the engine oil level daily. Change the oil
and oil filter after every 100 hours of operation.
Fill the engine with oil until the oil is between the
indicator marks on the dipstick. DO NOT fill past
the top indicator mark. The engine oil capacity is

FUEL FILTER
The fuel filter removed imputities from the fuel.
Replace the fuel filter after every 400 hours of
operation.
ENGINE BELT
Check the belt tension after every 50 hours of
operation. Adjust tension as necessary. Proper
belt tension is 13 mm (0.50 in) from a force of 4 to
5 kg (8 to 10 lb) applied at the mid-point of the
longest span.
OPTIONAL RELAYS
The optional spray nozzle or pressure wand relay
is located behind the battery. The optional FaST
scrubbing system relay is located behind the seat.
THERMO−SENTRY
The Thermo−Sentry, located inside the
hopper, senses the temperature of the air pulled
