Sub - Terms & Conditions of Reselling of Products.

Dear Partner,
Thank you for choosing Fortune Marketing as your Business Partner. We are confident that you will be
very satisfied with the services that we offer.

As your needs change, we will be happy to help you evaluate those needs and offer you the services that
will help you achieve your new goals.

Moving forward we would like to bring to your kind attention on the following and need your acceptance
for continuous patronage in future.

1. All the product billed to your company is against confirmed orders received from you.
2. Post dated cheques as per pay term are to be issued on delivery of goods.
3. All cheques will be deposited in the bank as per Cheque date.
4. All payments are to be made as per agreed pay terms. Any delay in payment will attract interest
to be paid @ 21% pa.
5. Secondary sales supports are provided by Fortune team only as good gesture. Credit risk for all
such transaction remains with you.
6. We strongly urge to you to kindly check the credentials of secondary partners before offering
credit to them. This is most important as few secondary partners are indulging in malpractices.
7. Fortune will not be responsible for any credit default arising out of such transactions.
8. Fortune may offer monthly or Quarterly rebates / incentive from time to time. All such rebates /
incentive will be offered by way of credit memo's. These credits can be only be adjusted in future
payments only, after Credit Memo is issued. Advance adjustments in payments of such credits
are not permitted.
9. Avoid coming into sales team pressure and buy something you don't really want. Ensure all the
buying you are doing is as per your requirement. Products once sold will not be taken back.
10. Sales team of Products which Fortune is distribution may from time to time offer you rebate /
sales program / marketing budgets. These budgets are offered to you directly by Principal
Company. Fortune under no circumstance is responsible for payments of such commitments.
Hence should not be linked to Fortune payments at any point of time.

As a token of understanding and acceptance, request you to kindly sign and stamp this letter and return it
to our nearest branch at the earliest.
