Incoterms Edition Incoterms shall be governed by the rules prescribed in Incoterms 2010.

Notices Any notice shall be sent to the following addresses:

For the Purchaser, the address shall be:
4th Floor, Block # C4, Ministry of Labour Building,
Al Salam Street (Eastern Ring Road), Al Matar,
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
For the Supplier, the address shall be:

Delivery and The Goods are to be delivered within ninety (90) days from the date of
Documents confirming deposit payment.
GCC 13.1 The shipping and other documents to be furnished by the Supplier are:
(a) Original Bill of Lading
(b) Commercial Invoice
(c) Packing-List
(d) Certificate of Origin
(e) Insurance Certificate
(f) Certificate of conformity issued by third-party inspect agent
(g) Health/Product Analysis Certificate

Terms of Payment The structure of payments shall be:

GCC 16.1
(i) 50% of the contract Price shall be paid by wire transfer within
fourteen (14) days of signing of the Contract Agreement.

ii. 50% Balance shall be paid by Irrevocable & Confirmed L/C at Sight
opened through 1st Tier Bank.

Terms of Payment The currency of payment shall be in United States Dollar (US$) as
GCC 16.4 specified in the List of Goods, Price Schedule and Product details in the
Statement of Requirements.
Performance A performance security in the form of a bank guarantee representing
Security 2% of the final contract price shall be required.
GCC 18
Packing The packing, marking and documentation within and outside the
GCC 23.2 packages shall be/As stated on Specification & Performance Schedule:

Insurance The insurance shall be in an amount equal to 110 percent of the CIF
GCC 24 value of the Goods from “Seaport” to “Seaport” on “All Risks” basis,
including War Risks and Strikes.
Transportation The Goods shall be delivered: CIF Jebel Ali Port/United Arab Emirates
GCC 25
Inspection and The time limit for inspection and tests and the issuance of Certificate of
Tests acceptance and/or rejection should be no later than 14 (fourteen) days
GCC 26. after arrival of goods to Final Destination.
Liquidated Liquidated damages for the whole contract are 0.5% per day. The
Damages maximum amount of liquidated damages for the whole contract is 10%
GCC 27 of the final contract price.
