ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Studies on Modelling and Controller of CSTR by using Model Predictive Controller M-Tech
Model predictive controller is a part of Artificial intelligence (Artificial neural Network model)
use to help solving many non linear problems. In Chemical engineering industrial Modelling the
Project in brief CSTR system by Using MATLAB Simulink. Compared Conventional Controller (Proportional
Controller) and Advanced Controller (Model Predictive Controller). Proved that advanced
controller is the best one for reactive system.

RTD studies & comparisons of Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor & Plug Flow Reactor B-Tech
All reactors in reality are not ideal plug flow reactor (PFR) or ideal continuous stirred tank
Project in brief reactor (CSTR). This study was to investigate the reactor analysis of PFR and CSTR through
tracer response curves, residence time distribution (RTD). This Analysis done in MATLAB.

A Study on Distillation Column Design and MEE -Summer internship( BIOCON pharma ltd) B-Tech
Motto of Project to improve Solvent Recovery in Pharmaceutical industry and improve Steam
Economy in Multiple Effect Evaporator(MEE) plant. Solvent Recovery: Recover the solvents from
Project in brief spent. Multiple Effect Evaporator: Total solvents (Organic waste + aqueous waste + total
dissolved solvents) there our motto is to improve steam economy of plant.
