Job Description :
Offerors shall submit at least one past performance example, but not mor
e than two examples.

Minimum Requirement: Three years� experience in Defense Logistics Agency office


administration and developing reports/graphics. Demonstrated ability to manage
multiple assignments concurrently.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma with four (4) years of relevant experience.

The Program Management position must have Project Management five (5) years Defense
Logistics Agency relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with
progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT
and/or consulting fields.

Minimum Requirement: The Program Manager must have Project Management five (5)
years Defense Logistics Agency relevant experience and 5 years of leadership
experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private
sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
Minimum Education: BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.

a The contractor�s Project Manager shall coordinate work carried out under this
contract with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Contracting Officer
Technical Representative (COTR), and Contracting Officer on all contractual and
business issues. The contractor�s project management effort shall continue for the
entire term of the contract.
b The contractor�s Project Manager shall provide the planning, direction,
coordination, and control necessary for effective and efficient accomplishment of
all requirements contained in the individual task order.
c The contractor�s Project Manager shall develop and submit for acceptance, a
Monthly Status Report on the 5th day of the month, or the closest business day by
email to the COR and COTR. The contractor shall utilize the latest version of
Microsoft Office. The Monthly Status Report shall include:

Summary of work completed by task for the previous month.


Identify open actions
Identify open issues, both routine and special difficulties
Provide possible solution(s) to address open issues
Identify the need and justification to request travel
Track all deliverables against required performance metrics to monitor quality
assurance
Track the burn rate
Be available for virtual meetings to address any issues when requested by the COR
or COTR
