Introducing CLP-310 series Error Log print tool.

We now have error log print for CLP-310 series printers.

Please use this tool to check the fault history of the printer in case the fault reported by the customer is not clear.

Printing Error Log

Requirement:
Windows PC (Win2K/XP/Vista)
USB Cable
Error Print tool (Printer_Event_Log.exe)

USB cable

Procedure

Power up the printer and check the

printer is in ready state
Connect the printer to the PC using USB
cable
Run the error print tool

Select the option to print error log

Press start button to print error log

Press yes button to print error

log.
