A Lesson Plan in English for Grade I

3. Associate word in the parenthesis that will make the sentence correct.

A. Pre- Reading

1. Motivation (GLR)
Teacher show picture of Supermarket & two
girls , buy something from it?

 What did you see in the picture?  A supermarket

 What do you think they are doing in the  Buying a Big Bag
supermarket?

B. During Reading

Read the Dialogue “ Shopping Time “

Fatima: “Look at the Fan. It’s pretty isn’t?”


Lisa : “ Yes, It is , some more fans are her. They’re
pretty, too.”
Fatima: “ I want to buy a bag “
Lisa: “Here’s a Bag. Its Big. Do you like it?
Fatima: “Yes , it’s lovely, I’ll buy it”
