ROSALINDA T LONZAGA, PhD

Principal
Kidapawan City National High School
Roxas St., Kidapawan City

Dear Dr. Lonzaga,

Greetings of peace and solidarity!

THE CARE PROJECT is a startup non-profit organization based in Kidapawan City which
aims to help our fellow Filipinos who are in dire need. It is founded by young
professionals from Kidapawan who care about the community; hence, we aim to help
resolve deep-seated problems in the country by eradicating poverty and injustice, one
community at a time.

As a startup organization, we are planning to conduct outreach programs, medical, and

dental missions to depressed indigenous peoples' communities in Kidapawan. The
beneficiary of our first activity is a Lumad community which badly needs help. We will
launch our first ever community outreach program at Puas Inda, Brgy. Amas, Kidapawan
City on December 2018.

In line with this, we are asking for your support through a partnership in conducting
donation drive activities at KCNHS. We believe that we cannot do it alone, but with
your helping hand, we can both share the pleasure in giving the Lumad community of
Puas Inda a merry Christmas this yuletide season.

If given the opportunity that you would partner up with us to help the said community,
we could conduct a donation drive with the coordination of the SSG officers,
school publication, the class presidents, and the class advisers at KCNHS.
The following are our prospective donation drive activities:
1. Room to Room – In order to further explain our cause at THE CARE PROJECT, we
would conduct room to room activities with the SSG officers and our volunteers.

2. Piso para sa pagbabago – As we conduct a room-to-room activity to introduce

TCP, it would also be the perfect venue to pass on the TCP piggy bank for in-cash
donations. However, we would never force them to give since they are not
required to do so.

3. ‘Make a difference’ donation drive – During the room-to-room activity, we will

ask the students and teachers to join us in making a difference by donating
foods, books, toys, medicine, and clothes to the beneficiary. We would setup a
drop-off center for the donations coming from KCNHS.

4. Call for Volunteers – As an organization that aims to help the needy and poor,
we would gladly encourage students to be more involved in social organizations
that would enlighten them in helping the less fortunate. We would happily accept
volunteers to be a part of our growing team as we combat hunger, poverty, and
injustice in the country.

THE CARE PROJECT is positive that you would be sharing the same views, for this, we
sincerely thank you. We are hoping that we could partner up with your well-renowned
institution in advocating good cause for Kidapawan City and for the entire country as
well.

THE CARE PROJECT is looking forward to working with your respective institution for the
sake of helping the less fortunate communities in Kidapawan.

Thank you very much!

In service to the less fortunate,

PAOLO O. JAVIER AYNADERKA ODESSA VYNN SISON
